Took this photograph on 13 March, while walking on the path behind where I live. I was looking for Spring colors and there were a lot of these yellow flowers along the river. Probably could have brought down the exposure a little as I did blow out the highlights on the flower petals.
Took this picture the same day as my previous post “Rocks and Water“. I wanted to post something newer, but I haven’t gotten a chance to get out to take any photographs lately. So I’m going through older shots and trying out new Lightroom and Photoshop processing. This was another long exposure 5 sec. I lightened the falls and tried to take down the surrounding rocks. Hope everyone likes it.
Path near my home. I’ve been going out here to practice taking pictures and work on my composition skills. I’ve also been trying out new Lightroom techniques. For this picture I like the way the path curves and then disappears into the woods.
